A safe, structured, alcohol- and drug-free residence for men ages 18 and older who are committed to their recovery.

Recovery is stronger together. Residents support one another through a household culture built on honesty and encouragement.
- Regular house meetings to build community and resolve concerns
- Encouragement to participate in mutual-aid and recovery meetings
- Mentorship from residents further along in their recovery
- A respectful, judgment-free home environment

Employment Assistance
Steady work builds confidence and independence. We help residents take practical steps toward employment.
- Support with job searches, applications, and résumés
- Interview preparation and goal setting
- Connections to local workforce development programs
- Building daily routines that support consistent employment

Connections to Community Mental Health Resources
We are not a clinical provider — we connect residents to the professionals and programs that are.
- Referrals to Lake County mental health and counseling services
- Linkage to outpatient substance use treatment providers
- Help navigating benefits, healthcare, and social services
- Coordination with referring agencies when residents consent
